A $100.00 deposit per animal to be hunted is due upon
booking. This deposit is not refundable but may be used for rescheduling
according to availability within 6 months of the date of your original hunt
date. Your deposit is for the animal to be harvested
and cannot be used towards meals and lodging. Deposits made for
animals to be harvested by a leader of a party for other membersare not
refundable nor can it be applied towards meals and lodging if the other member's
for some reason does not come for the hunt. This deposit can only
be used for rescheduling according to availability, within 6
months of the date of your original hunt date .
We gladly accept VISA and MASTERCARD for
payment, however, because the credit card companies charge us a fee to
use their service, a 5% surcharge will be added to bills paid by credit
card. We do not make any money on this. This only covers the
fee they charge us.
There is a $150.00 fee charged to any person who
participates on the preserve but does not harvest an animal by his or her
choice. This fee can be waived for a
non-hunting spouse, child accompanying the hunter, or someone who is along to
photograph or video tape the hunt as long as advance arrangements are made.
